Hoá ra công nghệ không dễ như chúng tôi mường tượng trước đó. Các giải pháp công nghệ được triển khai để tự động hoá vận hành, tăng cường trải nghiệm học tập của học viên đều đi vào ngõ cụt. ZIM đã sử dụng rất nhiều nguồn lực và thất bại. Giải pháp công nghệ làm cho mọi người đều ám ảnh vì sự khó hiểu, phức tạp và khó dùng.
Đại dịch Covid-19. Giải pháp số hoá thất bại, tất cả phần mềm từng xây đều hoạt động trì trệ. Đại dịch làm gián đoạn hoạt động. ZIM liên tục đứng trước nguy cơ dừng hoạt động. Trong những lúc khó khăn nhất, đội ngũ vẫn kiên định với giá trị cốt lõi - lan tỏa tri thức, hệ thống bài Scholarly Articles (SA) ra đời. Đây là hệ thống bài giảng kiến thức chuyên sâu chia sẻ trên trang blog của ZIM được viết bởi đội ngũ chuyên môn tại ZIM. Đến hiện tại hệ thống bài viết SA đã đạt 9.183 bài viết.
ZIM vẫn luôn đồng hành cùng học viên.
Reality hit hard; technology was not as easy as we had envisioned. The technological solutions that are supposed to automate operations and enhance students' learning experiences created even more problems and all reached dead ends. Everyone found our technology counter-intuitive and difficult to use. ZIM invested significant resources but yielded disappointing results.
Then came the Covid-19 pandemic.
Digitalization efforts—failed.
Software development—stagnated.
Business operations—disrupted.
ZIM constantly faced the threat of shutting down.
During the most challenging times, the team remained steadfast in upholding its core values—spreading knowledge. This led to the creation of the Scholarly Articles system. It is a collection of in-depth academic articles shared on ZIM's blog, written by the academic team at ZIM. To date, we have published 9.183 articles.
ZIM continued to stand by our students.
