Despite having access to machines and technology that assist them, it is still incredibly difficult to save the crew's life if they experience any accidents during their journey. What's more, technological advances have made the work more frantic and increased the workload. Crews are required to work tirelessly for endless hours, which leads to bone diseases, sunburn, and esophageal problems. 

In conclusion, this occupation is incredibly perilous, and I deeply appreciate the sacrifices that these workers make. It is important to address the issues related to decent work on fishing vessels in order to ensure their safety and well-being."
