Thì: Quá khứ đơn khi nói về bản đồ năm 1990, hiện tại đơn khi nói về bản đồ ở hiện tại, hiện tại hoàn thành khi nói về sự thay đổi 

Cấu trúc bài viết

Overview: Nêu ra những thay đổi đáng kể, đặc biệt là sự xây dựng của một tòa nhà lớn biến bể bơi ngoài trời thành bể bơi trong nhà

Thân bài thứ nhất: Nói về những thay đổi phía tay trái bản đồ. Năm 1990, khu vực này có một công viên và bãi đỗ xe. Sau đó chúng được thay thế bằng sân bóng rổ và quần vợt.

Thân bài thứ hai: nói về những thay đổi ở phía tay phải bản đồ. Liệt kê các cơ sở vật chất và miêu tả sự thay đổi của chúng.

The maps indicate the developments which have taken place in a sporting facility at a university since 1990.

Overall, it is evident that the sports facility has undergone major changes, the most noticeable of which is the construction of a building encompassing several new facilities inside. 

In 1990, the facility had an outdoor swimming pool with a reception area, changing rooms to its left, and a cafe. Since then, a building has been constructed to house the swimming pool, which has been turned into an indoor one, the reception area, the cafe, and new changing rooms which are now much larger in size. The building also has a new fitness centre inside.

In order to make room for the new building, the tennis courts have been reconstructed and relocated to the place where the car park used to be. The park has also been demolished to construct a basketball court at the top left corner of the map.

Nowadays more tasks at home and work are being performed by robots. Is this a negative or positive development?

2. Dạng câu hỏi: đây là dạng bài tích cực - tiêu cực, cần nêu rõ cả hai mặt tốt và xấu của vấn đề và nói rõ quan điểm của người viết 

Dàn bài chi tiết

Mở bài: Paraphrase đề bài và đưa ra hướng đi của bài viết 

Thân bài 1: Nêu ra những bất lợi mà người máy gây ra cho xã hội

• Idea 1: Tự động hóa gây ra sự thất nghiệp

• Support: Những nhà máy sa thải công nhân và thay thế họ bằng máy móc 

• Idea 2: Máy móc hỗ trợ công việc nhà sẽ làm những thành viên gia đình trở nên lười biếng

• Support: sau khi mua máy hút bụi tự động, những thành viên gia đình không còn tự  quét nhà hay lau nhà nữa

Thân bài 2: Người máy sẽ thay đổi cuộc sống theo hướng tích cực hơn 

• Idea 1:   Người máy giúp con người thực hiện công việc trong những môi trường nguy hiểm 

• Support: người máy giúp phi hành gia sửa chữa tàu vũ trụ mà không gặp nguy hiểm

• Idea 2: Người máy giúp việc tạo cơ hội cho con người tập trung vào những việc có ý nghĩa hơn 

• Support: Thay vì rửa chén hay quét dọn, con người có thể tập trung  vào công việc hoặc phát triển bản thân 

 Conclusion: Kết bài khẳng định lại quan điểm cá nhân.

In the modern world, it has become increasingly common for jobs and housework to be automated tasks thanks to the progress in the field of artificial intelligence. From my perspective, this is a positive development despite some shortcomings.

On one hand, automation will inevitably bring about social and ethical issues. The first problem is that robots can put people out of work, as manual labor can be easily carried out by machines, making human employees redundant. For instance, many workers were laid off at a factory in Vietnam after management decided to automate their jobs, which equals a loss of income and employment. Another problem when household chores are replaced by robots is that family members will slowly lose their ability to keep their house clean and tidy. Take my family as an example, since the purchase of a roomba, which is a robot that could vacuum rooms automatically, our family members no longer bother to sweep or mop the floor, making us unable to tidy up our house effectively when the robot breaks down. Therefore, robots could create certain problems if they do our job and housework for us. 

On the other hand, artificial intelligence could transform every facet of our society and improve the living standards for everyone. First, hazardous, high-risk tasks could be effectively carried out by machines such as in radioactive or toxic environments, so people do not have to put themselves in danger. For example, in a spaceship, robots could be used to fix problems on the ship’s hull; therefore, space exploration is less of a risk for astronauts. Second, using robots to take care of mundane and trivial household tasks will allow people to spend their time focusing on more important things, such as self-improvement or bonding with their family and friends. Without robots, humans must waste their time on mind-numbing chores like vacuuming the floor while they could spend their energy on more creative and fulfilling tasks. 

In conclusion, despite the aforementioned issues that robots could create, I still advocate for their use in both professional and domestic environments thanks to their much greater benefits.
