• Đặc điểm nổi bật nhìn thấy trong biểu đồ:

• Utah có tỷ lệ người trên 60 tuổi nhỏ nhất và tỷ lệ người dưới 18 tuổi lớn nhất trong cả ba bang.

• Tỷ lệ dân số sống ở mức nghèo khổ ở California cao hơn các khu vực khác, mặc dù đây là khu vực có thu nhập bình quân đầu người cao nhất.

The given table illustrates the population in two different age groups, per capita income and the proportion of those living in poverty in California, Utah and Florida.

Overall, Utah has the smallest percentage of people aged over 60, and the largest percentage of people aged under 18 out of all three states. Furthermore, the figure for the percentage of the population living below the poverty line in California is higher than the other regions, despite having the highest average income per person. 

People under the age of 18 account for over a quarter of Utah's population while the figures for California and Florida are much lower, at 17% and 16% respectively. At 23%, the proportion of senior citizens aged over 60 years in Florida is approximately threefold higher than in Utah. Meanwhile, those aged over 60 accounted for 13% in California.

The average income of people in California is $23,000, whereas the average for those living in Florida is $1,000 less. As for Utah, although its per capita income is only $17,000, this state witnesses the lowest poverty rate, at 9%. In contrast, the percentage of poverty stricken people in California and Florida is 16% and 12% respectively.

• Sự ra đời của Trí tuệ nhân tạo đã cho phép máy tính thực hiện hiệu quả các công việc lặp đi lặp lại hoặc đòi hỏi độ chính xác cao như làm việc trong dây chuyền lắp ráp hoặc xử lý dữ liệu.

• Máy tính có thể giảm thiểu đáng kể lỗi của con người và tạo ra độ chính xác cao hơn trong công việc so với con người ⇒ công nhân có thể bị thay thế ⇒ khiến nhiều người không có việc làm

• Thảo luận về mặt tích cực của công nghệ máy tính: làm cho công việc an toàn hơn và hiệu quả hơn

• Các chương trình máy tính tự động có thể điều khiển việc thực hiện các công việc lao động chân tay nặng nhọc hoặc thậm chí làm việc trong điều kiện nguy hiểm ⇒ giúp con người tập trung vào các công việc đòi hỏi sự quản lý, sáng tạo và tương tác xã hội,

• Công nghệ máy tính có những ứng dụng trong lĩnh vực y tế.

• Một trong những cải tiến lớn nhất là việc sử dụng robot trong việc hỗ trợ bác sĩ phẫu thuật hoặc thực hiện chăm sóc đặc biệt cho những bệnh nhân bị tàn tật hoặc nằm liệt giường, đảm bảo sức khỏe thể chất của họ.

Kết bài

Nêu quan điểm: Ứng dụng công nghệ máy tính, mặc dù khiến tỷ lệ thất nghiệp tăng lên, nhưng lợi ích được mang lại là đáng kể hơn.

With recent innovations in science and technology, computers are predicted to have greater intelligence than human beings. While some people express their concerns over possible problems that may arise, I am of the opinion that this is a positive development since the benefits it brings are more significant. 

On the one hand, many people fear the drawbacks brought about by computers and computer technology. The use of computers in certain fields can result in less human intervention and thus lead to widespread job loss. In fact, the advent of Artificial intelligence has allowed computers to effectively perform jobs that are repetitive or require a high level of accuracy such as working in assembly lines or processing data. Since computers can significantly reduce human error and produce greater precision in work than humans, workers in various industries will be replaced for the sake of higher productivity and efficiency. This therefore causes redundancies as a result of the elimination of numerous jobs leaving many people without employment.

On the other hand, I believe that an enormous positive side of implementing computers is to make task processes safer and more efficient. Considering a beneficial collaboration between automated computer programs and humans at the workplace, by performing hard manual labour and cognitive tasks or even working in hazardous conditions, such as in the chemical industry, computer technology helps to free up people to focus on jobs that require management, creativity and social interaction, in which robots cannot replace the role of humans, but only assist. In addition, computer technology has tremendous applications in the medical field. One of the greatest improvements is the utilization of robotics in assisting doctors in surgeries or in performing special care for patients who are disabled or bedridden, ensuring their physical well-being.

In conclusion, despite the possible increase in the unemployment rate, the merits in task execution brought about by computers are far more significant, which makes it worth considering their help as a positive development in general.
