1. Cấu trúc với tính từ và trạng từ:

Ví dụ:

• He runs as fast as a cheetah. (Anh ta chạy nhanh như một con báo.)

• The cake is as delicious as the one from the bakery. (Bánh ngon như bánh ở tiệm bánh vậy.)

2. Cấu trúc với động từ

Ví dụ:

3. Cấu trúc với danh từ

Ví dụ:

Chú ý: Bên cạnh cấu trúc trên, ta có thể sử dụng cấu trúc sau cho dạng so sánh bằng với danh từ:
