Some people think the qualities a person needs to become successful in today’s world cannot be learned at school. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is believed by some people that a success person can not learn those personality traits at school. In my opinion, while i agree that there are some qualities that cannot be taught at school. I still believe that schools are crucial to a person's success. 

On the one hand, there are many reasons why school can not teach the necessary skills to become successful in life. First, school only provide theory. When students just learning the lesson through the theory in textbooks which may bring the outdate information for students. So they easily fail in the reality workplace because the practical skills. Second some important figure still succeed without studying university.In case of Bill Gate, Who dropped out the programed in Harvard university in order to chasing his dream about developing Microsoft. With the passion and hard-working which help him reach the highest position in global and become a billionaire.

On the one hand, school still play an important role in teaching students how to become success person. students are taught a glimpse of the foundation how to manage their time. In university, Selecting the subjects, which are suitable in their schedule, is not a strange thing in student's life. This is one of the way that school teach them how to be adept at organizing their time. In addition, school is also the place for students show their ability of becoming a leader. School will create many examinations such as management of supply chain in order to hone their leadership skills. Therefore, student can seek promotion in their future job thanks to these organization in their schools.  

In conclusion, Although school is can not teach a specific personality trait to become a successful person. However, schools is still essential in student's life that is the foundation and the opportunities for student prepare to work in the reality workplace.
