Some people think that employers should not care about the way their employees dress, because what matters is the quality of their work.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is sometimes argued that the employer should not evaluate the way their clothes are and should focus on the quality of their job. In my opinion, although the employer should not evaluate that, I believe that some special majors also need the people who wear clothes to obey the culture regulations.
On the one hand, the option to not evaluate their clothes is beneficial to some extent. To begin with, people can work in a comfortable mood and not being judge by regulation.For example, Apple always allow staff who wearing clothes according to their style which help people can self-confidence and comfortable with their workplace. As a result, the people will not distracted about complaints or comments about their dress which help people can concentrate on work and bring effective to the job. Secondly, it can help people know a lot of clothing style when they work in an international company. For instance, a lot of companies like Nike, facebook, samsung,... often organise events and festival fashions and encourage them wearing clothes in their culture. Therefore, these things can help people know about different cultures like clothing style, food,... and inadvertently exclude employees from various cultural backgrounds.
On the one other hand, there is a compelling reason why I belive that some special major will compulsory people wearing clothes which can affect their quality work. For example, with major about engineer, doctor, mechanic,.... require wear clothing according to regulations of company and obey about that to safeguard with dangerous situations. As a result, these things will help people being safety which protected by that clothes.
In conclusion, while some believe that employers should not evalute about their clothes and should focus on their quality work, I belive that some major also need the people who wear clothes to obey with regulations company.
