In this day and age, people have to deal with many problems effecting both their professional and personal life. While some people believe that the advantage of taking risks is more than its disadvantages, I completely agree with this view.
On the one hand, it is clear that taking risks is a good way helping people to develop their confidence and overcome their fears. Some people tend to avoid taking risks because they are afraid of new challenges and lack of confident about their self. However, with each new challenge and risk, they will become convinced of your own ability to handle evolving circumstances. For example, a person who is always scared of crowds can overcome their fear by trying to speak in public. This leads to build a sense of resilence for them next time, which can not be achieved if he do not try to go out side of their comfort zone
On the other hand, facing dangerous problems can help people develop necessary skills and advance in their careers. In order to achieve good performance, employees often encounter various challenges in their jobs, such as difficult customers, which require them to find the best solutions to address these situations. Additionally, even if people are unable to achieve their goals after taking risks, it can still be a meaningful experience. They can learn from the reasons why they failed and how to make improvements for the future.
In conclusion, I believe that taking risks will bring many benefits for people which helps them to develop their confidence and overcome their fear as well as develop necessary skills and advance in their careers
