In the contemporary era, most folks are struggling with heavy workloads and hectic schedules. Therefore, some people argue that company owners should increase the vacation duration for them. Although this trend can cause distraction from their work, I mostly agree with this notion because it can help staff reduce stress and increase the revenue for the company.On the one hand, I concede that extending the holiday duration can distract workers from their work. In other words, some people, after a long holiday, can be demotivated and unwilling to do their work and cannot immediately start their work again. This can lead to the decreased creativity and productivity.

On the other hand, I believe that the benefits of this trend are more significant. One of the main drivers is that this trend can provide staff with their family support and relaxation. Because sometimes they may experience feelings of anxiety and pressure with workload and they need a break from their working environment and from their monotonous schedule so that they can spend some spare time with their loved ones and will feel relaxed. Hence, when they return to work with new energy they will concentrate more. Moreover, this will generate more money for their company. It can explained by the fact that when the workers are unwilling to work, the wholesale business will suffer. Conversely, if staff feel relaxed while working, they can have new ideas and thoughts, which contributes to the success of business.

In conclusion, while I acknowledge that increasing the time for holiday can demotivate staff to do their work, I hold a belief that this trend is beneficial because it can help employees relax and create more money for the company owners.
