Nowadays, a lot of people believe that we need the social skills of job applicants rather than their qualifying of academic. But someone thinks that it's not true, academic qualifications is more necessary than social skills. In my opinion, I think they are important the same. In this essay, I will explain why.

Social skills are one of the most skills we need when apply the jobs and do the jobs. In our life, we need social skill to work together or collaborate with others. Some people learnt some social skills when they were young and believe it's very important for their life. They can use their social skills to business and bargain, especially who are work in company, seller and marketing. They are one of the most people who need to social skills to buy and review goods for customer. If they have to good social skills, they can buy lots of merchandises.

However, academic qualifications is very important for our to apply the jobs. We can apply the good jobs if we have a good qualification. Some jobs request a good qualification and advanced degree. Qualifications equivalent to your level of education. The higher of the qualification, the higher of knowledge. Some companies in the foreign which believe the significant of academic qualifications.

Finally, the social skills is important like the academic qualifations. Some compamies don't care the academic qualifications but some companies don't care about their skills because they can teach you how to do the job. So we need both things.
