The bar chart below depicts the percentage of Australian men and women of various ages who engaged in regular physical activity in 2010.

Overall, women exercised more than males. It is also worth noting that males aged 15 to 24 and ladies aged 45 to 54 made up the majority of those who exercised on a regular basis.

In 2010, more than 50% of women aged 35 to 64 exercised on a regular basis, whereas the percentages for men in the same age groups ranged from 39.5% to 45.1%. Only the 15-24 age group had a larger proportion of males participating in regular exercise than females, with 52% and 47.7%, respectively.

Turning to the two remaining categories, 48.9% of women aged 25 to 34 exercised on a regular basis, whilst 42.2% of men in the same age range did. Men and women aged 65 and up who engaged in regular physical exercise accounted for a similar number, at roughly 47%.

Nowadays, as the world relies on information, it has become the key to everything and sharing information or data has become a contentious issue in modern culture. Some people believe that more information sharing in business, academia, and science is beneficial, whereas others disagree. However, in my opinion, too vital and
useful information should not always be provided

One of the main reasons I advise against sharing sensitive information is competition. Consider two burger companies that are fierce competitors in the industry. If one company openly shares its recipes with the world, it will lose business and compete
with others.

The second reason is that you are more vulnerable. For example, it would be scientific study on security systems that disclosed all hidden information to the public. That
research would be meaningless as soon as the public learned how it works.

However, there are somesituations where the world needs to know everything. For example, how did Coronavirus evolve; whether it was a man-made virus or a natural occurrence?
Furthermore, publishing information about new things would create new
opportunities in other prospective sectors. For example, the discovery of
dinosaurs opened up a variety of academic topic areas and help with the
country’s cultural development.

To summarize, knowledge and data have recently become the most valuable means in daily life. However, it should be approached with caution, and I feel that sharing information should only be used for the growth of society
