Lời chào hỏi, giới thiệu tên tuổi

Trong lời giới thiệu bản thân bằng tiếng Anh phỏng vấn, không thể thiếu lời chào đến các nhà tuyển dụng trực tiếp. Sau đó, người ứng tuyển cần giới thiệu tên, tuổi và quê quán giúp nhà tuyển dụng có được thông tin cơ bản của người ứng tuyển. Tiếp theo, hãy gửi lời cảm ơn tới người phỏng vấn vì đã có thông báo để đến phỏng vấn xin việc.

Nói về học vấn, kinh nghiệm làm việc

Đối với người chưa có kinh nghiệm làm việc:

Ứng viên hãy cung cấp thông tin về học vấn hiện tại nếu chưa có kinh nghiệm làm việc. Hãy nói về trường đại học, ngành mà người đọc đang học tập. Ngoài ra có thể cung cấp GPA nếu điều đó giúp ứng viên có thêm ấn tượng với nhà tuyển dụng. 

Ứng viên cũng có thể nêu những thành tích nổi bật, các dự án đã tham gia trong quá trình học tập và các kỹ năng mà ứng viên đã học hỏi cũng nên được cho vào phần giới thiệu bản thân này. 

Đối với người đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc:

Ứng viên hãy trình bày về vị trí gần đây nhất. Hãy nhấn mạnh thời gian đã làm việc, tên công ty, vai trò mà ứng viên đã đảm nhận và các công việc phụ trách chính.

Qua thời gian làm việc ấy, ứng viên nên chia sẻ về những kỹ năng, thành tích phù hợp với công việc đang ứng tuyển. Điều này giúp nhà tuyển dụng đánh giá xem ứng viên có phù hợp vị trí đang trống hay không.

Nói qua về sở thích cũng thể hiện ra phần nào con người của ứng viên. VÍ dụ ứng viên chơi thể thao như bóng rổ, có thể thấy họ là người năng động, biết cách làm việc nhóm
