Many individuals assert that children should have the permission to determine what activities they would like to do in their leisure time, while others claim that these activities should be held by children’s parents. In my point of view, I strongly advocate the idea that free time activities for children should be organized and managed by their parents to ensure the effectiveness bringing to the children.

On the one hand, if children can feel free to choose and organize their favorite activities, this will positively lay a bedrock for children to enhance their personal development. To start with, they can possibly learn how to organize and launch an activity from their initiatives, resulting in the development of various soft skills, such as creativity, self-management, critical thinking, leadership, and gain various valuable lessons learned from those experiences. Therefore, letting the children choose and hold the activities they would like to participate in can help them grow the personal fulfillment. 

On the other hand, many proponents, including myself, support the idea that parents should take responsibility in organizing the spare time activities for their children to manage and prevent their children from repercussions. Some children may lack much deep information and experiences due to their ignorant cognitive, potentially triggering a lot of damage for themselves when they have the right to choose their free time activities. Possessing a vast majority of actual experiences, the parents can anticipatedly estimate the situations that may happen to safeguard their children and ensure the effectiveness of activities impacting them. 

In conclusion, I totally suppose it is indispensable for parents to organize the spare time activities for their children to make sure the safety and guarantee of their children when participate in several leisure time activities.
