Well, now I’m going to tell you something about an activity that I am particularly keen on doing with my special family member.

• What it is

I currently love watching an Indian soap opera series on Today TV, which is titled "8-year-old Bride”. The series mainly tells the story of a girl named Anadhi, who had to live a miserable life since she was in a forced marriage at the age of 8. After that, she also encountered several difficulties and pains throughout her life.

• Who you do it with

I enjoy watching the series with my 80-year-old grandmother. We discovered the show together about four months ago, and since then, it has become a shared pastime that strengthens our connection.

• How often you do it

We watch this TV series every day as it is broadcast on TV, airing at 8 pm. It has become a daily routine for us, and we make a point of not missing a single episode.

• Why you enjoy doing it with this person

My grandmother and I were both highly impressed by the character Anadhi when we first watched the series. This shared interest has brought us closer as we discuss the episodes together. During the time we watch, she also tells a lot of things about the meaningful details in each episode, which I could hardly realize if watching alone. In fact, I have learned quite a lot of wonderful lessons from both this series and my grandmother and the most important lesson would be: “Getting married too early can be the most terrible mistake that one can make”.

• Conclusion 

To wrap things up, this shared activity has not only provided entertainment but also valuable insights and life lessons from both the series and my wise grandmother.

• Make a point of doing something (làm việc với chủ ý, thận trọng hoặc rõ ràng): to always do something or to take particular care to do something

Ví dụ: I make a point of exercising every morning before work to ensure a healthy start to my day. (Tôi luôn chú trọng việc tập luyện mỗi buổi sáng trước khi đi làm để đảm bảo một ngày khởi đầu khỏe mạnh.)

• Insight (hiểu biết): a clear, deep, and sometimes sudden understanding of a complicated problem or situation

Ví dụ: Reading the novel provided me with valuable insight into the complexities of human relationships and the intricate workings of the human mind.
