→ When I was younger, I used to think a lot about what I wanted to achieve in the future, and that gave me a strong sense of direction. At one point, I was very ambitious about getting into a good university because I believed that would give me better opportunities later in life. Looking back, I realise that ambition was useful because it pushed me to work harder and take my studies more seriously. At the same time, I also understood that ambition should be realistic, otherwise it can create too much pressure. For me, the most helpful support came from my parents, not when they made decisions for me, but when they acted as guides and encouraged me to recognise my strengths and think carefully about my future.
