task 1: the stage in procesing of cocoa beans

 The process illustrates the productionof different products from cocoa beans.   

Overall, the process involves 3 main steps, beginning with collecting whole cocoa beans and finishing with delivering the final products to consumers.  

Looking at the diagram in more detail, the process starts with cocoa beans being harvested and picked from cocoa trees, these beans are then dried and outer shells are also removed in this stage. In the next step, workers press dried beans to make cocoa liquor before putting them through two further processes.  

According to the first way, continuous pressing is applied to the cocoa liquid to form either cocoa cakes or raw cocoa. While the former later can be ground into cocoa powder, the latter is mixed with the powder to be used in the bakery and beverage industry. In terms of the other way, workers are in charge of  refining the cocoa liquid from the previous step before adding more sugar and raw cocoa from the previous way to produce industrial chocolate. This raw chocolate later underwent further processing before being competed. In the final stage, all the finished products including cocoa powder, cakes an d drinks, and completed chocolate are sold in the market.
