When I think about a time when I worked in a group, the first thing that comes to mind is a university project I did with three of my classmates. Our major was Business English, and we had to prepare a presentation about the principles that a successful business should follow. We had around two weeks to finish it.

At the beginning, we had a meeting to discuss what principles we should include. We came up with ideas such as honesty, customer satisfaction, teamwork, and social responsibility. We discussed each one and decided which principles were the most important. Then, we divided the work among the four of us.

My role was to research business ethics and customer satisfaction. I searched for information and examples from real companies and then shared my findings with the group. The other members researched different principles, so we could cover the topic from different angles.

After finishing our research, we met at the library to put everything together. We compared our ideas, removed unnecessary information, and organized the content into different sections. We also worked on the slides and decided who would present each part. A few days before the presentation, we practiced together several times. We gave each other feedback, fixed some mistakes, and checked the timing.

When I think about a time when I worked in a group, I immediately remember a university project I did with three of my classmates. Our major was Business English, and we had to prepare a presentation about the principles that a successful business should follow. We had around two weeks to complete it.

At first, I felt a little nervous because I was worried that we might have different opinions. I was also not very confident about sharing my ideas because I was afraid they might not be useful. However, I became more comfortable after our first discussion. We talked about principles such as honesty, customer satisfaction, teamwork, and social responsibility. I really enjoyed hearing my classmates’ opinions because they sometimes looked at the same issue from completely different perspectives.

My main responsibility was the research part, particularly business ethics and customer satisfaction. During our group meetings, we spent time brainstorming ideas together and listening to each other’s perspectives. When my classmates found my ideas useful and built on them, I felt more confident and felt that I was making a real contribution to the group.

Cảm xúc về trải nghiệm

Overall, I really enjoyed working in this group because everyone contributed and was willing to help. The project taught me how to share ideas, divide tasks, and work towards a common goal.

As we continued working together, I started to enjoy the experience more. We helped each other with the slides and practiced the presentation together. Whenever someone made a mistake, we gave them feedback and helped them improve.

By the time we gave the presentation, I felt much less nervous and actually felt proud of what we had achieved together. Overall, it was a very positive experience. It made me realize that teamwork can be enjoyable when everyone listens, contributes, and supports one another.

When I think about a time when I worked in a group, the first thing that comes to mind is a university project I did with three of my classmates. As Business English majors, we were asked to give a presentation on the key principles that a successful business should follow. We had roughly two weeks to put everything together.

To begin with, we held a meeting to brainstorm ideas, including honesty, customer satisfaction, teamwork, and social responsibility. We then discussed the pros and cons of each principle before deciding which ones were worth focusing on. Once we had a clear direction, we divided the workload among the four of us.

My main responsibility was to research business ethics and customer satisfaction. I looked for relevant information and real-life examples, which I then shared with the group. Meanwhile, my classmates worked on other principles, allowing us to cover the topic from different angles without duplicating our efforts.

Once the research had been completed, we met at the library to pull everything together. We compared our findings, cut out irrelevant information, and arranged the content into logical sections. We also worked on the slides and assigned each person a specific part of the presentation. A few days before the deadline, we ran through the presentation several times. We gave each other constructive feedback, polished our explanations, and made sure we could stay within the time limit.

When I think about a time when I worked in a group, I immediately think of a university project I did with three of my classmates. As Business English majors, we had to prepare a presentation on the principles that a successful business should follow. Although we had two weeks to complete it, I initially felt quite nervous about the whole thing.

To be honest, I was worried that we might have conflicting opinions or that I might not have anything valuable to contribute. However, my concerns gradually faded after our first discussion. We brainstormed ideas such as honesty, customer satisfaction, teamwork, and social responsibility, and I really enjoyed hearing my classmates’ perspectives. Even when we disagreed, we were able to explain our reasoning and find common ground.

My main responsibility was to take responsibility for the research part, particularly business ethics and customer satisfaction. At first, I felt under a bit of pressure because I wanted to make a meaningful contribution to the group. However, as we brainstormed ideas together and listened to each other’s perspectives, I gradually became more confident. When my classmates responded positively to my research and built on my ideas, it was reassuring to know that my contribution could actually help move the project forward.

Cảm xúc về trải nghiệm

All things considered, I really enjoyed the experience because everyone played their part and was willing to lend a hand. More importantly, the project taught me how to coordinate with others and work towards a shared goal.

As we worked together, I became increasingly comfortable with the group. We supported each other while preparing the slides and gave constructive feedback during our practice sessions. Whenever someone made a mistake, we simply helped them improve rather than making them feel embarrassed.

By the time we delivered the presentation, I felt genuinely proud of what we had accomplished together. Generally speaking, it was a rewarding experience that showed me how enjoyable teamwork can be when everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

Từ vựng có thể ứng dụng: work towards a shared goal, divide the workload, play one's part, constructive feedback, have conflicting opinions, share one's perspective, explain one's reasoning,...
