Dạng 1: Thu thập và xác định thông tin

Dạng câu hỏi thu nhập và xác nhận thông tin gồm năm dạng câu hỏi chính:

  • Vế hỏi: câu hỏi thường được bắt đầu bằng các trợ động từ, động từ tobe, và động từ khiếm khuyết.

  • Vế đáp lại: câu trả lời thường được bắt đầu bằng Yes/No hoặc các cụm từ có nghĩa tương tự.
